Discovery Tools

Partner Discovery Portal (PDP) is an internal AWS tool used by AWS sales and GTM teams to find and explore partners in the AWS Partner Network (APN), helping AWS sellers recommend relevant partners to customers based on their needs. The portal enables internal users to search for and filter partners using criteria such as location, APN tier, industry, partner programs, competencies, and AWS services — allowing teams to better understand partner capabilities and align them to customer requirements.

By providing robust search and discovery functionality, PDP supports internal sales processes and enhances collaboration between AWS and its partners during the customer sales journey.

The APN Customer Engagements (ACE) program enables AWS Partners to securely collaborate and co-sell with Amazon Web Services (AWS), drive successful customer engagements, and grow their business. Participation in ACE gives partners access to the ACE Pipeline Manager — a platform within AWS Partner Central where partners can create, manage, and share their pipeline of joint leads and opportunities with AWS sales teams to fuel engagement and enrich customer relationships.

Through ACE, qualifying partners can share opportunities with AWS, receive AWS-generated lead and opportunity referrals, align sales efforts with AWS account teams, and access tools and support to help accelerate deals and improve outcomes for mutual customers
